Since Blizzard post a statement in the official forum, on which said Blizzard would open the Real-money Auction House and would provide anthentivators synchronously. While what attracted registered members' eyes is not the secure degree the anthenticators can use but it is unreasonable for Blizzard to charge 15% commission for the account anthenticators. Whether Blizzard should charge the 15% commission to customers or not, let us listen to the voices from the two parties.
On the one hand, standing in the position of Blizzard, it is reasonable for them to charge the 15% commission from the customers because they have cost a large sum of money on the authenticators. They only charge for the cost of shipping. How much more, the RMAH facilitate the deal between players with more advanced authenticators. What is a nice welfare to players.
On the other hand, from players' perspective, it is quite unreasonable for Blizzard charging 15% commission from their hand. As a favorite and popularised game developer, Blizzard have make a lot of money from players in the previous games, they shouldn't try every means to make money from their sincere fans. In addition, keeping players's account secure should be a responsibility for Blizzard because players have spent money on the game.
It is obvious to see that players don't trust the explanation from Blizzard. Someone put forward a question that the shipping cost is no more than one dollar, why Blizzard charge for 15% commission as the shipping cost? It is ridiculous! When there is no sign to show the debate will come to an conclusion, one made a suggestion that players can select never use the RMAH and the Battle.net Balance. In my oppinion, this is a good choice. In reality, when you need to buy Diablo 3 Gold or Diablo 3 Items, you can get what you want in our e-shop. Absolutely cheap price guaranteed!
